All communication between health care team members and patients will be kept confidential and secure.

Purpose

To provide a means for confidential and secure electronic communication between health care team members and patients.

Procedure

FollowMyHealth is the patient portal module in the electronic health record. It may be used as a secure and confidential interactive communication tool and personal health record. Patients registered in FollowMyHealth have the ability to send and receive general messages, request appointments and medication refills.
